Half amazing, half disappointing

The customer service was outstanding, and the breakfast had delicious options to enjoy. The rooms were clean and genuinely comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast process was a bit slow, creating long wait times for hot food items, which could be quite frustrating during busy mornings.

The modern design and comfort of the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds made for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, greeting us each morning and even sharing a laugh in the elevator. Notably, the thin crispy fries served at the hotel were a delightful treat. On the downside, the wi-fi was occasionally unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to plan outings. Additionally, I experienced some noise from adjacent rooms, which may disturb light sleepers.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored the beautiful Marion Woods Nature Preserve and Loon Lake, both just minutes away. The hotel was super clean, with comfy beds and pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful too! We loved that there's a gas station nearby with a dog park since the hotel allows pets. I definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

Perfect for family stay

We stayed for 3 nights and the staff was genuinely friendly, greeted us every day which meant a lot given the family issues we were dealing with. The front desk guy even made my son laugh while checking in, turned a stressful moment into something much brighter.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly worth it for the comfort.
